This grade ll listed 3 double bedroomed, self catering cottage in Whitby town centre has been completely restored and refurbished to an high standard of accommodation keeping original features but also offering all modern facilities.
The cottage is situated in The Paddock in the heart of Whitby amongst the quaint little streets and yards, but also close to the shops and local amenities.
The accommodation is as follows, Ground Floor: Stone flagged throughout with under floor heating. Spacious fitted kitchen with large dining table and range cooker fitted into the old fireplace. Adjoining utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Gorgeous sitting room with open fireplace and huge squishy sofas! Freeview TV, & WIFI.
1st Floor: South facing king size bedroom with private bathroom (double-ended bath), super king size double bedroom, en-suite with WC, basin and oversized shower cubicle housing power shower.
2nd Floor: Spacious beamed bedroom with views stretching out to sea and across the rooftops to Whitby Abbey. Super king size zip and link bed and fabulous adjoining bathroom with extra large double - ended bath, WC and basin.

Literally in the middle of Whitby Harbour - over it's own gangplank from the Lifeboat Pier!
With great views over Whitby harbour, The Boathouse, a converted pump house which has a narrow bridge linking it to the mainland. A romantic place that sleeps 2. In the middle of Whitby's old town harbour - it is within walking distance to good bars, cafes and restaurants.
Let me take you through the accommodation, which is for two people on three floors. Over the gangplank and into the sitting room, where there is a large L- shaped sofa, an open Driftwood log fire (gas), a 50" TV, WIFI and a dining area to accommodate up to four people round the table. There are two large full height glass windows and a set of French doors opening out onto a large decking area in the middle of the harbour with dining furniture
The floor below has a lovely solid oak kitchen with granite worktops housing a dishwasher, washer / dryer, fridge / freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and electric oven.
The bedroom is on the first floor; it has two large Velux windows with views over the harbour. There is a wall-mounted LCD television, a lovely ensuite bathroom, which has a large double-ended bath.
At high tide you are completely surrounded by water and at low tide you are on the beach.
The Boathouse is available for self catering. It is a no smoking property, free WiFi, Pets welcome.
